Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tantangan dan peluang dalam implementasi tata kelola perusahaan yang didukung oleh teknologi digital di Hotel Charis Tuban. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan pihak manajemen hotel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun teknologi digital telah diterapkan dalam berbagai aspek operasional hotel, seperti sistem check-in/check-out dan pemasaran melalui OTA, masih terdapat tantangan dalam sistem pelaporan, pengelolaan data, serta kompetensi digital karyawan. Di sisi lain, penerapan sistem pelaporan digital terpusat menawarkan potensi besar untuk meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan perencanaan yang tepat, investasi pada infrastruktur digital, dan pelatihan karyawan yang memadai, teknologi digital dapat secara signifikan memperkuat penerapan prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dalam industri perhotelan.
