MENGATASI BURNOUT DAN STRES KERJA: ANALISIS INTERVENSI & STRATEGI PSIKOLOGI INDUSTRI DAN ORGANISASI

Burnout dan stres kerja merupakan fenomena psikologis yang semakin sering dialami oleh karyawan dan berdampak signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan individu maupun efektivitas organisasi. Artikel ini merupakan kajian literatur yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai intervensi dan strategi organisasi yang digunakan untuk menangani burnout dan stres kerja dalam perspektif Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi. Melalui telaah terhadap 28 artikel ilmiah terbitan tahun 2015–2025, ditemukan bahwa pendekatan yang paling efektif adalah yang menggabungkan intervensi individual seperti Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, pelatihan mindfulness, dan regulasi emosi dengan perubahan struktural dalam organisasi seperti Job Redesign, kepemimpinan suportif, dan budaya kerja yang sehat. Hasil kajian ini memperkuat model Job Demands-Resources yang menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara tuntutan kerja dan sumber daya kerja. Implikasi praktis dari hasil kajian ini menyarankan perlunya intervensi yang sistematis, berkelanjutan, dan berbasis bukti dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan.
