Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses integrasi dan pembentukan solidaritas santri multietnis di Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus untuk memahami fenomena sosial secara mendalam dan kontekstual. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengurus, santri, dan wali santri, observasi partisipan dalam kehidupan berasrama, serta studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan mengikuti model interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi sumber, metode, dan pengamat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi santri multietnis terbentuk secara organik melalui praktik sosial sehari-hari, kebersamaan dalam kehidupan berasrama, serta penggunaan bahasa yang adaptif sebagai jembatan komunikasi lintas etnis. Pengalaman hidup kolektif tersebut melahirkan solidaritas emosional yang berkelanjutan dan memperkuat kohesi sosial di kalangan santri. Penelitian ini berkontribusi memperkaya kajian integrasi multietnis di pesantren melalui perspektif mikro-sosiologis yang berbasis pada pengalaman langsung santri, sekaligus memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pengelolaan pesantren multikultural
