HUBUNGAN BERAT TAS TERHADAP KELUHAN MUSKULOSKELATAL PADA SISWA KELAS 12 DI SMK SIRAJUL FALAH KABUPATEN BOGOR

Latar Belakang: MSDs sering dialami oleh remaja sebagai akibat dari aktivitas sehari-hari yang tidak ergonomis, salah satunya adalah kebiasaan membawa tas sekolah dengan beban yang berlebihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan berat tas dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada siswa kelas XII SMK Sirajul Falah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain *cross sectional*. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII SMK Sirajul Falah, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Pengukuran berat tas dan berat badan responden dilakukan secara langsung menggunakan alat ukur yang terkalibrasi, sedangkan data keluhan muskuloskeletal diperoleh melalui kuesioner Nordic Body Map. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik yang sesuai untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam perencanaan program pencegahan gangguan muskuloskeletal serta sebagai dasar penerapan prinsip ergonomi di lingkungan sekolah. Metode: Desain cross-sectional pada 92 siswa menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map dan luggage scale. Analisis menggunakan uji Spearman. Hasil: Rata-rata berat tas 2,6 ± 0,5 kg dan skor keluhan 53,0 ± 13,0, dengan keluhan terbanyak pada punggung bawah, punggung atas, dan bahu kanan. Hasil uji menunjukkan p = 0,724 dan r = -0,037, sehingga tidak ada hubungan signifikan. Kesimpulan: Keluhan muskuloskeletal dipengaruhi berbagai faktor lain selain berat tas, seperti durasi dan cara membawa tas, postur tubuh, desain tas, serta kebiasaan penggunaan perangkat elektronik.
