ANALISIS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN JASMANI, OLAHRAGA, DAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI DAN PARTISIPASI SISWA: STUDI LITERATUR

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan aspek fisik, kognitif, dan afektif peserta didik. Namun, rendahnya motivasi dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran PJOK masih menjadi permasalahan yang sering ditemui di sekolah. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi kondisi tersebut adalah model pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai model pembelajaran PJOK serta pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi dan partisipasi siswa berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan dengan pembelajaran PJOK, motivasi belajar, dan partisipasi siswa. Artikel yang dianalisis dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, seperti kesesuaian topik dan tahun publikasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif, pembelajaran berbasis permainan, dan Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran PJOK. Model pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada aktivitas siswa mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menarik, menyenangkan, dan bermakna. Dengan demikian, pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PJOK di sekolah.
