Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan dan menuntut guru untuk beradaptasi dengan paradigma pembelajaran yang baru. Guru tidak lagi berperan sebagai satu-satunya sumber pengetahuan, melainkan sebagai fasilitator dan inovator dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif peran guru dalam mengadaptasi dan mengimplementasikan teknologi sebagai inovasi pembelajaran di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review, dengan menelaah berbagai sumber ilmiah berupa artikel jurnal, buku akademik, dan publikasi relevan yang membahas kompetensi digital guru, pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan, serta model-model pembelajaran inovatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan kompetensi digital menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Inovasi seperti blended learning, flipped classroom, dan project-based learning berbasis teknologi terbukti mampu meningkatkan interaktivitas, kolaborasi, dan kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Namun demikian, implementasi teknologi dalam pendidikan masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, antara lain kesenjangan infrastruktur, keterbatasan kompetensi guru, serta isu etika dalam penggunaan teknologi.
