Eco Enzyme adalah salah satu inovasi dalam pengelolaan sampah organik dari rumah tangga yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan negatif dari penumpukan sampah. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi proses pembuatan Eco Enzyme serta hasil dari program sosialisasi yang diimplementasikan di RW 04 Ngagel Rejo, Kota Surabaya. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada penanganan sampah organik, terutama dari sisa buah dan sayur yang cenderung menumpuk. Metodologi penelitian mencakup diskusi kelompok, uji coba pembuatan, dan kegiatan sosialisasi untuk memperkenalkan konsep dan manfaat penggunaan Eco Enzyme kepada masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Eco Enzyme efektif dalam mengubah sampah organik menjadi produk serbaguna yang dapat dimanfaatkan kembali. Artikel ini juga membahas langkah-langkah praktis dalam proses pembuatan Eco Enzyme serta dampak positif dari program sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan.
